The Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is housed within the MUSKEGON AREA FIRST Organization, serving a fourteen county region to provide government contracting technical assistance to regional businesses. Various federal, state and local funding sources are combined with private funds to support the special needs of the business community and provide a single point of contact for companies seeking assistance. Created in 1983, the PTAC facilitates community economic development and growth through a continually improving program of training and business services.
